Techniques we use

Transformational breathwork

An intense guided breathing sequence that can connect us with what is often called the emotional brain. The practice works with controlled hyperventilation, breath holds and conscious awareness to prepare body and mind for the ice bath. The intensity is always up to you, you decide how deep you want to go at any point, and you can slow down, pause or stop whenever needed.

Conscious cold exposure

A guided and gradual approach to the ice bath that uses the breath as an anchor. The cold becomes a tool to observe the mind, regulate the nervous system and build resilience, always within your own limits.

Why it works

Breath regulates the nervous system

Conscious breathing shifts the balance from stress activation toward recovery. It gives the body a direct signal that it is safe, which makes the cold easier to meet with steadiness rather than reaction.

Cold creates a controlled stress signal

The ice bath triggers a short, intense stress response. With guidance and breath, this becomes a training ground: the body learns to stay present under intensity without being overwhelmed.

The combination builds resilience

By pairing breathwork with cold exposure, we practice moving from activation back to calm in a single session. Over time, this can improve focus, sleep, mood regulation and the ability to handle everyday pressure.
